Stump Grinding in Parker, CO

Nothing Left Standing But Your Lawn. Serving Parker neighborhoods from Stroh Ranch to the Pinery. Owner-operated, certified and fully insured.

Stump grinding across Parker

We grind stumps in Parker neighborhoods including Stroh Ranch, Stonegate, Idyllwilde, Clarke Farms and The Pinery, plus homes near downtown Parker and along Cherry Creek. Lots range from typical subdivision yards to larger, wooded properties in the Pinery.

Parker is an easy drive from our Littleton base, and the owners show up to every job. We call Colorado 811 before we grind, take each stump 6 to 12 inches below grade, and can haul the grindings away or fill and seed the hole.

If you have several stumps, or a larger property with stumps spread out, let us know when you send your photos so we can plan the visit.

Parker HOAs and covenants

Most Parker subdivisions have HOAs with architectural and landscaping rules. Before you remove a tree, check whether you need approval and whether a replacement tree is required. Some HOAs also expect front lawns to look finished within a set time after work is done.

We can finish the spot with our soil & seed service, so it's back to lawn, or grind deeper and leave it filled with topsoil and ready for planting. Tell us what your HOA expects when you send your photo and we'll plan the job around it.

Our equipment fits through standard gates, so fenced backyards usually aren't a problem.

EAB reached Parker in 2026

In July 2026, a certified arborist found emerald ash borer in a declining ash tree in a Parker homeowner's front yard. Colorado State University entomologists confirmed it, making it the first detection in Douglas County. EAB larvae tunnel under the bark and cut off water and nutrients, and infested ash trees typically die within two to four years.

If you have ash trees in Parker, now is the time to plan. Have a certified arborist look at them and decide whether treatment or removal makes sense. Signs to watch for include a thinning canopy, D-shaped exit holes in the bark and heavy woodpecker activity.

Once an ash comes down, we'll grind the stump below grade so you can replant with a different species. See our ash tree stump removal page for replanting tips.
